Scholarship Information
► In 2008, with the help of monetary sponsorships and yours, a scholarship
will be founded on behalf of this golf tournament. The scholarship will be awarded,
once a year, to a student who chooses to further educate them self in the Criminal Justice, EMS, or Fire Safety related fields,
and who will be attending a West Virginia College. I encourage every participant
in 2008 to donate at least $5 toward this scholarship. I have lowered the entry
fee and cut costs in hope that participants will donate to this exceptional scholarship.
2008 will be the fundraising year for this scholarship in hopes of presenting the scholarship at the end of 2009. More information is available on the tournament website.
This tournament is to give thanks and appreciation to our First Responders/Public
Safety employees. It is a time for the participates to enjoy a rare chance in
all being togther as one and a chance to win some wonderful prizes and/or money.
Northfork Valley Golf Course is honored to host this unique event.
