Emailing registration form: copy and paste the registration form below and either attach it to your email or Microsoft Word (send as document if you are going to attached to Micro Word).  Read over and complete the form.  Once complete, email to CSJackson@live.com

REMINDER:  2009 Event will be at Woodridge Plantation, located just south of Parkersburg, in Mineral Wells, WV off of I-77  /  Exit 170.

** Any team wishing to sponsor or finds a sponsor for a golf hole ($50+) will receive 4 free rounds of golf at Woodridge Plantation.  For more info see sponsor/donation page **

Scholarship Information

2008 was the founding year of the scholarship.  Elibible college students will be able to enter the scholarship by no later than May 2010 with the winner being presented at the 2010 golf event.  For more details, continue checking the website.


This tournament is to give thanks and appreciation to our First Responders/Public Safety employees.  It is a time for the participates to enjoy a rare chance in all being togther as one and a chance to win some wonderful prizes.

Prizes and Cash Awards for placed teams are based on number of teams, donations, and sponsorships received for this event. 


Entry fee of $50 per PERSON is due on the day of the event.
