Registration forms will be emailed to me this year.


Emailing registration form: copy and paste the registration form below and either attach it to your email or Microsoft Word (send as document if you are going to attached to Micro Word).  Read over and complete the form.  Once completed, email to CSJackson@live.com. 

In the subject line of email, identify email as "2010 Registration" and your department.

This tournament is to give thanks and appreciation to our First Responders/Public Safety employees.  It is a time for the participates to enjoy a rare chance in all being togther as one and a chance to win some wonderful prizes.

Prizes and Cash Awards for placed teams are based on → number of teams, donations, and sponsorships received for this event. 


Entry fee of $50 per PERSON is due on the day of the event.
